Fleet Halo is run by Ken Waugh, trading as Fleet Halo. This notice explains what we do with personal information sent to us through this website and in the Fleet Halo system. Contact: hello@fleet-halo.co.uk.

What we collect from this website

When you use the contact form we receive your name, company, email address, phone number, fleet size, the web address you'd like and your message. We use it only to reply to you and, if you ask, to set up your trial. Our legal basis is legitimate interests in responding to your enquiry.

The website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Customers using Fleet Halo

Each customer has its own separate system and database. The customer is the data controller for the information it puts in (for example staff names, signatures, vehicle records and photos). We act as data processor and only handle that information to provide, support and back up the service.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to two years unless you become a customer. Trial systems that don't go ahead are deleted within 30 days of the trial ending. Customer records are kept for as long as the customer uses the service, and then returned or deleted.

Where it's kept

Data is stored on servers in the UK. We don't sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
